Center Heating & Air Conditioning was founded in 1970 by W.A. Barbour, and the Barbour family has run it ever since — a family tradition of service and reliability that can't be locally matched.
Today the second generation carries the work forward, serving homes and businesses across Lee County and the surrounding area with the same promise it started with: honest work, fair prices, and neighbors you can call any hour of the day.

Second-generation HVAC contractor, carrying on the company his father W.A. Barbour founded in 1970. Named "Boss of the Year" by The Sanford Herald.

Office manager and bookkeeper who keeps the business running day to day — and the friendly voice many customers know best.
Roy Spivey

With Center since 1989. Business Administration degree from Campbell University and NC HVAC licensed since 1993 — decades of purchasing, management, and sales experience.
